Introduction and Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (referred to as the “Client”) and us (referred to as the “Company”). By using DigiBrix AI Automation Hub services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

What We Do

We provide AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and digital systems to small businesses on a subscription basis. These services are designed to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and streamline business operations.

Payment and Refunds

Payment:
You agree to pay the subscription fee or any one-time service fee as outlined during checkout or agreed upon separately.

Payment Terms:
Payments are due according to the billing cycle of your subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.

Refunds:
Refunds are only granted in specific cases. If you cancel after services have been rendered or delivered (including automation builds or access to templates and bots), partial refunds may apply at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when requested to ensure the functionality of our automations.

  • You represent and warrant that all content, data, or materials you share with us do not infringe upon third-party rights and that you have the authority to use and share them.

Intellectual Property

All tools, systems, workflows, code, and digital products created by DigiBrix AI Automation Hub remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered automation tools for your business during your subscription period.

Third-party assets (such as APIs, fonts, or software connectors) may be subject to their own licensing, and we will disclose such use where applicable.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable laws. Any personal or business information you provide is kept confidential and is not shared without your consent, except as required by law. See our [Privacy Policy] for more information.

California Residents’ Privacy Rights

If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality and reliable services, but we are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from system downtime, third-party app changes, or user misuse

  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party software malfunctions)

Warranty Disclaimer

We do not warrant that every automation or tool will work without interruption or error in all environments. By using our services, you acknowledge that some results may vary based on your systems, software, and user behavior.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DigiBrix AI Automation Hub from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

  • Content or materials you provide

  • Improper use of the tools or workflows

  • Violations of third-party rights

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms. No full refunds will be granted if services or digital products have been accessed or downloaded.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues amicably. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be handled in the courts of California.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of major changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the DigiBrix AI Automation Hub services.
